1:1 Coaching in Self-Compassion

Bring self-compassion practice to life with personalized 1:1 support.

Develop and deepen an authentic practice in self-compassion.

Many of us spend time and energy devoted to caring for others: through our professions, in our relationships, in our roles with families and friends.

It is important to remember that we, too, are deserving of our own time, attention and care.

Self-compassion is the art and science of treating yourself like a good friend.

We offer a range of empirically-supported practices and tools as well as deeply personalized guidance to custom-fit a self-compassion practice for you and your life.

Feel more at home and empowered in your everyday life.

  • Learn, customize, and apply practices for greater self-compassion in your everyday life
  • Set and meet goals for greater well-being, and life and work satisfaction
  • Explore new perspectives, practices, and tools for personal and professional growth
  • Develop routines and habits that reliably support you
  • Set skillful boundaries with others and within yourself
  • Enhance joy, perspective and balance

Benefits of coaching include:

  • Having a thought partner to talk through and address challenges, stressors, and uncertainties through the lens of mindfulness and compassion
  • Softening self-criticism
  • Validating and acknowledging your own needs
  • Prioritizing realistic self-care
  • Feeling more empowered
  • Enhancing satisfaction with work and life roles
  • Honoring and accepting a full range of thoughts and feelings
  • Connecting with and expanding upon inner resources

What do coaching sessions look like?

In each session we ask you what you’d like to focus on that day. This might include: space to talk through a challenge, surface new insights, exploring a feeling with more compassion, incorporate a mindfulness or compassion exercise, or identifying practical steps to explore in the coming week. These are examples – we are most anchored to what you need in each session, in service of your long term goals, and how we can help or support you.
