Welcome, we are Emily Rubin and Heather Shaughnessy-Cato. We are practitioners with specialties in self-compassion, mindfulness, well-being, and embodiment.

  • Reflect on and articulate your priorities, values, and goals
  • Validate and acknowledge your own needs
  • Learn to titrate how much you “take in” from the world around you
  • Set boundaries with others and within yourself
  • Develop or strengthen a practice of self-compassion and mindfulness
  • Soften self-criticism
  • Work with difficult emotions

Mindful Self-Compassion Program

Be a part of this empirically-supported program to learn and practice your way of accessing self-compassion in a small and supportive community. Our next course begins October 11th.

Coaching for the Sensitive Person
